REFUND POLICY

SMUT AND gore Bookclub

Hex Designz/Smut and Gore Bookclub does not allow returns of Book Club Packages or other associated items/products, except as outlined in our Damaged or Missing Items section below. All sales are final. After packages leave Hex Designz Headquarters with USPS, the responsibility lies with USPS. If your tracking reports that your package has been delivered but it was lost or stolen or for some other reason, you don't actually have the package, please file a claim with USPS. Priority Shipping that you paid for comes with insurance. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We do not accept returns on ceramics, glass, paintings or sculpture.

Clothing returns/exchanges are determined on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us.

We cannot offer free shipping on returns/exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping returns/exchange items back.

If you receive damaged or missing products/items from Hex Designz/Smut and Gore Bookclub, please contact us at hexdesignz0@gmail.com subject heading "DAMAGES" with details of the damaged or missing items. Photographic evidence of damage is required in order to receive replacement items. We might choose to file a claim with USPS if we feel the damage was caused in shipping.

All prices associated with Hex Designz Services are displayed in U.S. Currency. Sales tax will be determined by the shipping address of the order and will automatically be added to your order in accordance with the current tax rate at time of charge. We do not collect sales tax in all states, only those where we are required to do so, or become required to do so by law in the future.
